Our Procurement Process

Our process is simple, swift and effective, requiring VERY LITTLE of our client's time... This is our finest attribute. There are over 500 Telecommunications Carriers and Service Providers.

We will:

• Properly review this expense by analyzing your past 14-month usage patterns. Your staff may not have the time or expertise to analyze themselves. We will correct billing errors and process refunds.
• We will then professionally negotiate proposals from the most qualified Telecom Suppliers and present to you, along with our written recommendation in Executive Summary format. With our recommendation, you decide which Telecommunications Carrier and Solution to use.
• We will manage your expense throughout the contract term, renegotiating with the Supplier if applicable, and handle all future Telecom Negotiations.
• YOU NEVER HAVE TO SPEAK TO AN TELECOMMUNICATIONS SALESMAN AGAIN!

Our Fee

Regardless of which Carrier you choose, our fee is generally paid by the Carrier.

Which Suppliers Do We Use?

The Suppliers that Seven - Utility Management uses must pass our rigorous certification standards.

• We pride ourselves on our relationships with our approved Suppliers. Several of our suppliers have named our firm an Elite Partner. A status that we have earned and are very proud of.
• Each Approved Supplier must sign our Statement of Honesty and Integrity. If they don't sign it, or question it whatsoever, WE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, PERIOD! (We've taken a lot of heat from some Suppliers for this, but we believe it is in the best interest of our clients)
• We do business with the largest national providers as well as proven, smaller private regional providers.
• Each Supplier has different niche markets. We match the Supplier to the Client.
• Our Founder and CEO specializes in Supplier Certification.
• Each Supplier must pass a rigorous review process to become Certified. This includes, but is not limited to: financial analysis, performance in other markets, benchmark performance within the same market, interview of executive team and interview of current customers. We generally determine if the Supplier does what they say they are going to do?
• Supplier must make a clear statement of stability in a particular marketplace, or a clear exit strategy, which has the best interest of the client in mind.
• In this era of "cloudy" financial statements, our Founder and CEO relies on many "intangible" factors to evaluate a supplier, including interviewing the executive management team for a "gut feel" on the moral compass of their company. He also performs a background check on the management of the Suppliers.
• We also know if this supplier is doing a good job for our other clients.
• Supplier must maintain good standing in their marketplace.

• This is a VERY DYNAMIC MARKETPLACE. We are constantly reviewing our Suppliers. We typically drop and add one or two Suppliers every quarter!
