  4. Send formal Request For Quotation to the top Telecom Companies in your market.

  5. Analyze and evaluate the bids.

  6. Present timely Executive Summary and Savings Analysis of the bids, with an "apples to apples" comparison. With our recommendations, you make the decision on length of contract, product type, etc.

  7. Negotiate a Telecom Supply contract with the winning bidder, with the best terms and conditions available in the marketplace, on your behalf. (You must execute the contract.)

  8. Present Client with Executable Supply contract.

  9. Ensure contract is properly executed and implemented by Supplier.
