When will this happen?
We are currently enrolling new clients. Right now, we are professionally negotiating your current contract through May 2008. This will coordinate your contract with the rest of the aggregation. Thereafter, you will be enrolled in the aggregation.
The next round of negotiations will take place on May 15, 2009, for a June start date.
Are you responsible for your Church's Electricity Expenses?
If so, read on about how Seven - Utility Management Consultants, Ltd. is taking Energy Management to the next level. This will lead to even lower electricity rates, in addition to professional management of your energy contracts by a proven, successful firm.
How is Seven's Aggregation method going to help me?
Our goal is to reduce your electricity expenses beyond what you pay today. Through an aggregation approach, the electricity usage from all churches (multiple owners) will be combined into one formal Request for Quotation. As a result, all properties will be offered a rate based on the overall volume of the group. Each individual church will still have its own contract, liability and billing. The most favorable terms and conditions will be negotiated for you. Our firm works with, who we feel are, the top 13 Energy Companies in Texas. 5 of these major electricity suppliers have already agreed to the terms and conditions of this aggregation.
Current Base Load
We currently have an existing aggregation with a base load of 280 churches, with annual usage approaching 50,000,000 kWh. In comparison, a typical mid-sized church will use ~200,000 kWh. Joining this aggregation will significantly lower your electricity expense, beyond what can be achieved on your own.
Our goal is to add your church to the existing aggregation; thus benefiting you and the entire group. We will perform professional Energy Management on an ongoing basis.
Track Record
Our firm has >1 Billion kWh under its management. We have already successfully negotiated and are managing a large property management aggregation.
Why an electricity aggregation for churches?
Outside of payroll, mortgage and insurance, your church's electricity expense is the biggest controllable expense. It is our mission to professionally manage and lower this expense for your, for the long term. With nearly 10 years of expense management, our firm wants to assist you and your congregation to save God's money! This offer is also open to schools and non-profit religious organizations.
What if I buy or sell a building during my contract?
The drop/add clause will be added to all contracts, without any penalty fees. A large selling point of this aggregation is that you will be able to add and remove properties at the aggregation rate (if they are purchased, divested or added to your portfolio), regardless of market movement.
— Our clients have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars by taking advantage of these terms.
I am currently under contract and happy with our current provider and/or our current consulting firm?
You have already learned what a hassle this can be to manage yourself or you have learned some of the financial benefits of what a qualified consultant can do for you. (Chances are your current provider will be a bidder on the aggregation.) By taking advantage of this aggregation, you are hiring our firm to represent you and to be your consultant. You will receive the same (if not better) services, with a lower price, due to the aggregation.
Do I have to add all of my Properties now?
No. We can allow you to enter only those properties that are not under contract or whose contract is about to expire. We will be doing a new round of negotiations every 6 months. We will take on your contracts that are about to expire. Over time, all of your properties can be added to the aggregation.
The Fee
Our fee is paid by the Supplier. They pay our firm in lieu of paying the same commission to their salesperson.

Residential Aggregation for your Church members?
In addition to helping the church itself, you may choose to also take advantage of the residential program. We can help the members of your church save money at their personal residences. Our firm has a proprietary method for aggregating the individual households within your congregation. Our system will SIGNIFICANTLY lower your member's home electric bill!
Our latest residential aggregation provided 24 months savings of $308,000 for 104 homeowners. The homeowner can keep these savings, or a portion can be dedicated to a particular cause in your church. By law, a church cannot make a profit on its members. Each resident is individually billed and liable. - Ask our Energy Consultant to present this exciting opportunity to you.
Thank you for your faith in our services! We look forward to serving you and the Lord.
Sincerely,

Kevin Hammon
